Scandion Oncology A/S issues a newsletter per. mail about 4 times a year. The content is current information and useful knowledge about Scandion Oncology A/S.

In order to send the newsletter, we collect and process the following personal information about you:

Email address

Consent

To receive our newsletter, you must give your consent. This happens when you sign up and when you confirm your email address.

Dispatch of your personal information

When you sign up, Scandion Oncology A/S passes personal information to Mailchimp, which delivers the technical platform for our newsletter. The information is only used by the data processor for sending newsletters and is not used for other purposes.

Cancellation

You can always withdraw your consent by unsubscribing the newsletter – either via the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by writing to us at nb@scandiononcology.com. When unsubscribed, we will immediately stop sending newsletters to you.

Use and storage of personal data

We use the personal information connection with marketing initiatives, in order to target our communication to you. We will not pass on your personal information to any third parties.

We will keep your personal information as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter and no more than two years thereafter.

The personal information that is applied to send the newsletter is provided by you.

Your rights

You are entitled to appeal to the Data Inspectorate (Datatilsynet) if you believe that our processing of personal data does not comply with regulatory requirements.

We will reply as soon as possible and no later than one month after we have received your inquiry.
